Alienware 17 AlienFX Error with Windows 8.1
I was upgrading my AW17 to Windows 8.1 Pro a few days ago. After upgrading, the AlienFX doesn't work correctly. The light are changing colors, sometimes going on and off randomly. So, I open up the Command Center. Suddenly the light turns off for a few seconds and it works again. But when I click on anything in the Command Center, this error appears.
So, I can't modify my AlienFX anymore. I have tried to reinstall the Command Center but it still happens.
Anyone knows how to fix this? Is this caused by incompatibility issues with Windows 8.1?
