Alienware 17 Constant BSOD. Diagnostic revealed CPU and memory errors

Question

Purchased this .... laptop on 10/01/2013. I only had it for almost three months and it's absolute bullshit that it's causing errors. I get BSODs randomly. Cannot even play games on this machine because it'll likely BSOD right away.

I've tried factory restore, newer drivers. EVERYTHING. Ive done everything except for calling Dell which I am about to do right now.

PLEASE help me. I've spent so much money on this lap top and I NEED IT WORKING !!! :(
