Alienware 17 R2 - New Bios A04 Problem. Heat Issue

Ever since A03, the fan stopped working until cpu temp reaches 80'c. After updating to your new bios A04, I was surfing the web when i hear the fan turn on and off every other min.  After 1 min of graphic application the cpu temperature went up to 98'C. I went back to the very first bios and temperature dropped to 81'c, but has hickups while playing games. Running 240watt helps a little, but the problem remains. I've been told that the A04 was suspose to fix this temperature issue. A03 was pulled for that problem, yet A04 was released with only a fix on getting the 17 R2 properly named and label.  Please fix the fan issue.
