alienware 17 r2 problems with video card
Hello and help¡¡
I have bought a alienware 17 r2 and i tried to install the nvidia drivers but when they are installing, suddenly it stops and i need to press the alienware buttom for turning off.
I have had installed windows 10, 8.1 and the problem is the same, i have had installed the drivers from nvidia,dell etc etc but the problem is the same.
sometimes the drives can install but after some minutes appear a blue screen with the video problem.
I have the 06 bios
could someone help me? I am from México
my alienware laptop is
intel core i7 4720
nvidia gtx 970m
ram memory 8 gb

do you have alienspawn? try factory reformat.
the best way to update nvidia driver is installing nvidia geforce experience. this software updates everything.

Yes I have done a factory reformat and install the drivers with nvidia experience and nothingn:(
