My predicament is that my laptop starts up(LED's but no screen), it flashes the light that means it is accessing the hard drive for a split-second, then it shut's itself off and repeats this process. This happens no matter what, plugged in or not. This still happened even after a power-drain. Any suggestions on what the problem is?
