Alienware 17 R3 LCD Replacement

Hi there! I'm using an Alienware 17 R3 Laptop with the IPS LCD Panel in 1080p. Unfortunately today I found out a dead pixel. The matter is not much for me at the moment because sometime I almost fogot about it. But I stil have a question: Is it possible to replace the curent panel with a new 4K panel? Because I know that someday I will replace the curent panel with a new one :DBtw, thanks for reading and sorry about my bad English :D

Hi, Yes, it is possible. But you will need to replace the LCD panel, LCD cable, LCD bezel and probably the back cover as well.

Well... It's sound complicate. And how about the cost? @.@ Or i just replace a new 1080p Panel. Is it much easier?

The process will be the same. And we don't handle costs, you need to contact Sales for that.
