Then hold the power button for around a minute, plug the battery back and close the bottom cover. After the power drain, uninstall and reinstall the command center following ALL the steps on thisarticle.
Thank you so much this fixed it right up but I think it is not necessary to take it all the way apart just to unplug the battery when it is opened so you have a lot less to worry about. Again thank you!
