Alienware 18 - Media Keys?
Hello, I have an Alienware 18. I'm not sure of my model but it doesn't have any media keys. I was wondering if there was anyway I could assign my secondary macro keys to control media player? If there isn't anyway to do that, could i request a driver or program that would allow that? I feel completely lost without Media Keys, I very often listen to music when playing full screen online games, and I'm sure I'm not the only one missing this feature. :)

I’d be glad to assist you and requesting you to let us know if you’re taking about the new Alienware 18 computer.
Because this Alienware 18 system does not have the Media keys, please do refer the manual by clicking on the link below.

Type in the Service tag and click on Manuals and select and download the manuals to your computer.
Please also provide us the Service tag of your computer on a private message so we can check accordingly.
