Alienware 18 R3 with WiHD (DMC) Installation Issue

I recently purchased one Alienware 18 R3 laptop locally as a used pc;

Configuration as follows;

Intel i7 4900 3.0Ghz

32GB Ram

2 x Nvidia GTX980M video cards in SLI;

2 x 1TB SSD in RAID 0 configuration; (Very fast)

Other usual parts as standard

Since my previous Alienware M18X R2 has the WiHD card installed and l liked it very much, I purchased one H5T44(DMC Card) and one J4DFM(Antenna) off EBay. I installed both of them and they don't work. :(

1. I first enabled the DMC in BIOS; (My Alienware 18 R3 A12 BIOS has the option for the DMC card)

2. Windows(Win 10 Pro) detected the device and installed the drive as "USB SERIAL PORT (COM5)";

3. I downloaded the Utility software as well as the driver from Dell website; (Ver 2.1.0.0, dated 4/2013)

4. New driver went in without any issues and now Windows "Device Manager" recognized the device as "SIBEAM 92XX SERIAL PORT (COM5)". I changed the port number to 1, 2, 3 and 4 later with no difference;

5. Every time when I activate the SiBeam Config program, it says "Fail to initiate, error code 010100" and "... port removed.

Can anyone here help me to resolve the issue or point me to the right direction?
