Alienware Alpha HDMI-out no input major issue
Hello Dell Support and all those who want to help!
I have a major issue with my Alienware Alpha's hdmi-out display and no input is detected whatsoever. It started when I left my alpha on for 3 hours, ran errands, and came back. All of a sudden the Alpha I had for only 3 months wouldn't display any input on the TV. I worked all day to get input back but to no avail. Now for 2 weeks I have been without my alpha! I tried multiple TVs that it had previously worked on, and several different HDMI cords, but my alpha wouldn't show any input. After countless trial and error, I got input when I somehow accessed advanced repair options. I tried to start my alpha normally but after the Alienware UI loaded, it lost input. I tried to duplicate that, and I did but a distraction caused me to leave the alpha and come back to lost input once again. Now I cannot even get my alpha to go into advanced repair options and cannot get input. I ordered an external usb3.0-hdmiout cable from amazon, and finally got it yesterday. After using it with the usb 3.0 port in the back of alpha I still didn't get any hdmi signal. I tried with my projector as well, getting desperate...but to no avail.
I really need someone's help.

Hi there Eimy!
<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy> is the service tag. I really hope I'll be able to get my Alpha working again. It still won't show input!
