Alienware Area 51 - Noise
Hey everyone
I just received my alienware area 51 and i'm pretty happy with it. The only thing that bothers me is the noise even on idle i can hear the fan noise. Is this normal or should i contact dell support?

You sure its the fan, it could be air bubbles in the CPU Pump, makes a rattle noise when air is trapped in the pump. Annoying, I changed the pump

yeah i'm not sure if it's the fan or water cooling system - it's just a very annoying noise pretty close to rattle noise but it's not there yet... I only had this PC for one day and i'm already annoyed by the noise :(
Did you replace it by yourself or dell technician?

No my R2 has almost no dell parts in it, I put in a corsair H55
