Alienware Aurora ALX AlienFX lights not working?
I'm having problems with getting the lights to work on my Alienware Aurora ALX desktop. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with command center but not sure.
See the front lights are on(The Alien head is White, and the bottom front bezel is white also) I know those are working, but the sides of the case are not on.
I don't have Alienware Command Center installed on the system but the front lights are on, but the side lights are not on.
Here is the deal..I tried installing Alienware Command Center before and getting the lights working, but nothing has worked. I even reinstalled windows 7 a few times and cannot control the lights with any of the Command Centers.
When I do get the Command Center installed it will give me a Thermal Controller error. The top vents on the ALX are kind of in a bind and don't move up and down all the way.
Was wondering if anyone one knows a solution to getting the lights to work? Any help would be appreciated.

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the command center this way. You can also try creating a new theme or draining the motherboard power by pressing and holding the power button for 1 minute without any peripherals nor the power cable attached to it.

I have the same problem with my Alien Aurora. The lights are not working any more after I reinstalled my system. I am very disappointed that there is no help or update to fix this kind of problems. I tried everything to make the lights work and it seems there is nobody to solve this issue.
