Alienware aurora r4 will not boot, just keeps restarting
For the past few days my Aurora r4 hasn't been booting, and I figured it was the psu so I went and bought a new one, and the same thing is still happening. I'm not able to hear if the machine beeps or not for the fans are running at about 5000 rpm when the computer starts. When I press the button on the power supply the alien head LED lights up but when I try to power with the actual button the LED doesn't come on. Is there a way to short the wires and start without using the power button? Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Hi,
Unfortunately, that sounds like a motherboard failure. You can try taking it to a local computer repair shop and have them swap the motherboard to confirm if that is the issue.
