Alienware Aurora r5 Question
Right, so I have the Alienware Aurora r5 i5-6400 @ 2.70GHz edition. I was wondering if I could upgrade the CPU to i7-7700/i7-7700k without any problems. Is it possible or am I screwed? If it is possible, how do I go about installing it? Thanks.

Service Manual page 77, consult service manual for how to remove cooling components or related items
Check online (video etc) for how to apply new CPU thermal paste / grease, use Arctic Silver 5 at minimum, explore the best pastes to use, sometimes it's subjective, anything you use is better than nothing at all

Alientube, see disassembly > https://www.youtube.com/user/Alienwareservices/search?query=aurora
