Alienware CC

I recently had major issues after a Microsoft Update Jan 1st or 2nd... Used the "Reset" option so I can get back to my desktop now. I did notice there are no Alienware apps , or some of the apps originally installed on my system. (Thermal Controller, Alienware restore, FX, etc.) any idea how I get this back. I saw one post that said go to drivers page and look under apps... I saw Alienware CC on that one but it was another model, so switched to my service tag and nothing listed under Applications. Any ideas?

Hi,

To better assist you, please confirm your Alienware model name/revision.

Hi,

You can download all of the Alienware system drivers and applications from the Dell support site (make sure to select the correct operating system). For the AlienFX software, download and install the Alienware Command Center application.

When I open the Dell Support site it defaults to my machine based on the service tag number. There I do not see the Alienware Command Center application. I scrolled down and selected Dell Support Site and see nothing.

I clicked the link in your post "Alienware Command Center" and it took me to the download "Alienware Command Center 3.6 for Desktops", I selected

Supported Operating Systems

Windows 7, 64-bit
Windows 8.1, 64-bit
I do not see anything that says Windows 10?

Hi,

That may not be updated on the site but try the link that I provided to you, it should work with Windows 10.
