Alienware Laptop has a hard time to boot

Hi, I'm having an issue with my laptop sometimes, when i want to start it.  The screen stays where the alienware logo is and dosn't go to windows.  notthing is happening and it stays there forever.  So i did a ePSA scan to know what was up and at the end of the scan it says that the hard drive 0 did not respond, so i thought that it was an hardware problem and that there was notthing i could do and that i would need to bring it for repairs.  An hour later i try to start it again with no hope that it would start and then it did, like notthing happened.  This is the second time in 2 days that this is happening, there is deffinetely something wrong with my laptop and i would like to know if there is something i could do to avoid this situation while i still can.  I wrote this post on my defective laptop and im not even sure if i will be able to use it tommorow.  If someone could help me i would really appreciate it and i am sorry for my bad english it is not my primary language.
