Alienware laptop wifi completely broken please help
Today I made the decision to reset my Alienware laptop making it how I got before. When it reset and turned back on, It could not find any networks, so I went to get my Ethernet cable. I then plugged my Ethernet into my laptop and it connected but it says there is no access. I'm completely at a loss of what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!
