Alienware M11x R1 BSOD

Hey. When I enable the overclock feature in bios (1.3 to 1.7ghz - Intel C2D U7300 ), after about 10 minutes of surfing the internet, etc. I get a BSOD error and my system will restart, and it will keep on crashing unless I switch back to 1.3Ghz, which runs normal. Is there something wrong with my cpu or something? because I know many people who also have the M11x and they run the overclock without any issues.
