Alienware M15 boots into the preboot system assessment
When i start up my computer the keyboard lights up and the alien head shows up as usual then before i can push any buttons like F8 a blue square pops up and the system test starts running on its own. This never happaned before and just started today for seemingly no reason. Please help me thank you.

Hi,
To better assist you, please confirm which Windows operating system you are running with your Alienware. Also, does it boot into Windows or it just stays doing the system test? If it does boot into Windows, you could try doing a System Restore which may undo any recent change or setting that might have caused this.
