Alienware M17x not working

So several days ago I got a notification that my battery needed to be replaced. I kept on using my laptop and it worked perfectly fine. Fast forward to today I was playing a game and I spilled a LOT of water on my keyboard. I couldn't pause the game so I finished it and then dried the top off with a towel. Then I turned it off. Afterwards I turned my laptop upside down and some water dripped out. Several hours later I come back and turn it on. Everything is working fine. 10 minutes later the cursor starts bugging out. Then the screen freezes. I wait a minute thinking it'll come back but then the screen goes black and has like strips of colors and a loud noise starts to play. I force shut it down and try to reboot. It would turn on, I can hear the fan and the keyboard lights up, but the screen does nothing, several seconds later, it turns off. It keeps doing this so I decide to take out the battery and then plug it into the charger. I try turning it on again and this time the keyboard lights up and the fan is going but now it doesn't turn off but there is four beeps. I look into this and find that four beeps means somethings wrong with the RAM. I dissect my entire computer and get to the motherboard. I find that there's still some water on it and underneath the memory stick. I remove the memory sticks and dry everything gently with a blow dryer on low. I wait several hours. I put the memory sticks back in, and screw everything back. Now it won;t even turn on. I press the power button and nothing happens. I did the hard reset where you press and hold the power button for 30 seconds after removing the battery and unplugging the charger. I have done alot of research and it seems hopeless. My warranty expired last November. Am i screwed?

I will recommend you to take the system to a repair shop so they can check and diagnose every single component.
