Alienware M17x-R2 Replacment Fans

Hi to everyone on the forum.

Does anyone out there know how to get an order in for replacement fans for an Alienware laptop?

I've tried calling the dell parts line 5 times now and I get a different answers every time, I've been hung up on in the middle of giving my shipping info only to call back and be told the don't have parts, I've been told to call back next week, two weeks in a row... I'm getting really frustrated just trying to deal with service and my laptop fan is making the most horrible headache inducing noise.

I am fine with replacing the fans myself and paying for them but it seems like dell just doesn't care to sell me parts. Other than dealing with the dell parts department my laptop has been fantastic but it just needs some new fans to get rid of the noise and to prevent damage from poor airflow.

Anyone here have a similar situation or can do anything to help?
