Alienware M17x R4 BIOS Update Issue (Please Help)
Can anyone please help me with this issue? Please see the attached screenshot. Whenever I try to update my BIOS, I get this error and I don't know how to resolve it.

Hi! As far as I know the latest version of the BIOS for your model M17x R4 is A12. You are trying to correct version of the BIOS flash?

Actually current version available is A13 for windows 8.1 but mine laptop have X version of BIOS. How can I correct this?
