Alienware M18X SLI FREEZE and VBIOS FLASH Problems

Hey,

Well I have got my Alienware M18 X for 3 weeks by now.

So far I was not able to get my Alienware M18X to work in SLI Mode without it crashing after some seconds.

Sometimes even when I select SLI configuration in the nvidia control manager windows freezes and shut down right after booting up.

I have updated my bios, I have tried several drivers such as the beta driver from nvidia for the bf3 beta as well as the one supported from dell on their website.

It does not help at all. I was told to update the urgent vbios flash update for my gtx580m.

i downloaded it from the website and burned the image on a dvd and bootet from it.

However everytime I try to install the bios flash update I get the following error:

GTX 580 M Bios Update Error:

Adapter: N12E-GTX2-A1

Whats this?

Secondly another error occured randomly at booting after a secure session using the M18X in Single Graphic Mode.

System Error Code: 2000-0221

Validation 60252

I really want to know what to do to get my system to run fluidly and savely using the SLI combination.

I did not pay that amount of money for a broken system which does not work at all.

Secondly as in other Posts mentioned, GET A DRIVER UPDATE FOR GTX580M, I can NOT PLAY the latest games!!!!

I hope at least someone can help me....
