Alienware mx15 flashing on Alienware logo won't startup

Alienware mx15 Windows 7 , when I turn on it makes it to the Alienware logo and the screen then flashes and won't load anymore, I can go in safe mode and it loads. Anyone know why it's doing this ? Thanks !
