Alienware R4 ALX, Command Center Failure, Fans High

Hi there,

I ordered an Alienware R4 in an ALX chasis and received it a little over a month ago. I am not an avid gamer but do a great deal of video work and digital imaging. I am very comfortable with computers (technology) and teach a course in Communication Technologies. Here is my question/concern, I am not sure who else to ask as I have tried several methods of getting in contact with customer support (currently I am sitting on the phone and have been on hold to get tech support for over three hours - I called at 10:00 and it is now past 1:00 in the morning). Please let me know if there is anyway that you can help me, I have checked forums, followed advice on there (for people who have had similar issues). My new Alienware cost about $3600 and as of yet has seen very little use (due to work) however lately whenever I turn it on the fans are engaged at a very high speed. The control center reads that the temperature is zero throughout the computer and has a message indicating that the cpu pump has failed (again this computer is less than a month old and seen relatively little use). The ALX features are also disabled - there is no access to active venting controls and there is also no case being detected in the led colour mod in the control center (this last one is of little importance but might help identify the idea).

I have uninstalled Command Center and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled Command Center, turned off the computer, unplugged it from the wall and tower, held down the power button for a minute, and then booted up and reinstalled the software. I have read that doing this several times might help. None of these have worked. Can you please help me out and walk me through a solution or give me some sort of suggestion as to how I might receive some sort of costumer support?
