Alienware TactX Keyboard software freezing when making any changes
I have an Alienware Aurora R3 with a TactX Keyboard. It has worked great for me since I have had it. Recently however I have come across an issue with the software that manages the macros for the keyboard. When I try to make a change to any macros the software stops responding for about 2 minutes with a (Not Responding). After a couple of minutes it goes back to normal. It makes it quiet frustrating trying to change a macro when you have to change it....wait 2 minutes.....test it.....change again b/c it didn't work right....wait 2 minutes....repeat etc. I have uninstalled the software that came with the computer and tried installing from the website, but it seems to still have the same issue.

Hi,
If this is something that started recently, you could try doing a system restore and take the system back to earlier time when it was working properly. It could be another program or setting conflicting with the software. Also, try reinstalling the Alienware Command Center as well. Click here for the download link. Let us know how it goes.
