Alienware x51 R2 light does not show correctly
Hi just now I having this issues where my left panel LED light showing the wrong color.When selected blue is turn green, purple turn to red.I ran the alien fx tester and pass only the red and green the blue it shows noting and while is show yellow.Things that I done:Opening the case and reconect the lighting cable.For more infor the lighting cable is hard for me to put out so I use a small screw to push the lock out.I check for not but pin or anything like that. Then I repair Alienware command center still having this issue is there any other fix?

Hi,
Try reinstalling the Command Center application, click here for the download link. Uninstall it first from Programs and Features, then restart the system and install it again.

hi i tried that but still the issue happen how about this could you send me a pic on where the light cable connector is located in the motherboard or power board and i try to trouble shoot myselft

Hi,
Unfortunately, I have no way of doing that but I don't think that is the problem since the LEDs are lit, they are just not displaying the right colors. Have you flashed the Bios to the latest version?

The bios version I have now is A09

Hello,
Try doing a power drain. To perform a power drain, follow the steps below.
If it continues to do the same thing, try flashing the BIOS to the A10 version.
