Alienware x51 r3 stuck at Alienware logo (automatic repair loop)
As stated above, my new Alienware x51 r3 will not boot its windows.
It started when my computer crashed the first time and started doing random automatic updates from windows 10. Everything was fine for a day after the updates but once it froze again, it wouldn't boot anymore.
I've tried to open BIOS and look at some general information if there was any devices was missing or not detected, but there were not. I've also tried to boot it with other options like f8 (safe mode) but that also doesn't work. I called Dell support and they told me to download the windows recovery image file for windows 10. It was an ISO file and I have unzipped and burnt it onto an automatic bootable usb drive. And tried to boot from the usb. But that didn't seem to work either. They also told me to run the diagnostic tests to see if there were any hardware problems. But there were also not any problems with the diagnostic test.
It seems this whole issue is because of those windows updates (maybe not compatible with Alienware). But I have no clue.. Since I'm not really a technician. I really need your help here guys.
Thanks in advance,
Lucy

Explain what happens when you try and boot from the USB recovery ISO. Is the USB recovery disk bootable, and your BIOS settings are set to boot from USB etc?

This worked for me.
Have OS ready & inserted.
Turn on and wait until it jams.
Press and hold off button firmly for 30 seconds.
Unplug.
Plug back in and press on while tapping F12.
Load OS source.
