Are you able to get to the windows desktop??

If not will the system come up in safe mode?  press F8 repeatedly at the start of the windows boot up procedure.

Deleting stuff from windows is tricky and can create issues.  Do you have alienware respawn?  you should be able to restore to a previous restore point to see it that helps once you get in,

If the eject button doesn't work the ODD monitor app might not be installed which can be downloaded from the dell support site.  or you can open my computer and right the ODD drive and select EJECT.

Hello,

I cannot get to the Windows desktop or login to my system.

I tried getting the system to come up in safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly at the start of the Window's boot up procedure, but I get no response from the system.

As for Alien respawn, I do have it, but I did not create a backup copy of my files.

Unfortunately, since I cannot get to the desktop or login to my system, I cannot download anything or get to "My computer" to remove the disc.

Thank you for your reply.  I appreciate your help.

So there's a windows installation disc in the drive... hmmm, what happens if you hit F12 at BIOS boot and select the DVD drive to boot from??

problem with a reinstall from scratch is losing the files on the system if you pick the wrong option.  Support can help alot better once you get that Ebay seller to transfer ownership.

Hello Nathan_Land!

Windows might be corrupted, on this case my recommendation will be to create a bootable windows USB and do a clean installation of windows from it.

Refer to the following link to create the bootable USB
