Alienware X51 won't change lights
So I recently bought my x51 on amazon and just finished setting it up. I was trying to see how I can change the lights on keyboard and tower but I couldn't because the command center wasn't installed yet (shouldn't it be installed already?). So I downloaded and Installed it without problems but somehow whenever I change themes it doesn't change the colors of the lights. Can someone help me with this? My OS is WIndows 8.1. Thanks!

Since it came from Amazon, there is no way of knowing if it is really new or has been resold by them after having it returned to them.
* What color are the eyes of the Alien Head icon on the task bar? They should be green.
Red = Go Dark
Green = Go Light
* If red, right click the Alien Head, click Go Light
* Remove the check from Dim lighting zones
* Right click the Alien Head on the task bar
* Open Alienware AlienFX Editor
* Click View Advanced Mode
* Click My Themes
* Click New Theme
* Check SELECT ALL ZONES
* Double click a color in the wheel
* Click Apply
* Give it a name
* Click Save
