AMD Radeon Silver Reward Issues

Greetings,

I recently received my X51 R2 and am loving it so far.  However, I was supposed to receive AMD's Silver Reward for 2 free games.  When I unpacked everything there was no redemption card with a code or anything.

I contacted Dell Support and was promptly told that within 24 hours, the "software team" would be sending it to me via email.

It has been more than 2 days with no emails.  I attempted to follow up with another email to support, and an email to a support manager, both of which have gone unanswered so far.  I called and spoke with an Alienware support "expert" who was very difficult to understand and didn't seem to know what the AMD Silver Reward program is (even though it is heavily promoted all over Dell's website).

What options do I have at this point?

Thanks in advance.

jcline986,

The website states...

AMD Radeon Silver Reward Promotional Game Bundle Offer
* Offer contingent upon purchase of eligible product
* Game bundle offer is not valid if eligible product is returned for a refund
* Game Bundle ships separately from purchase and typically arrives in 10-20 days via email
* The offer is available for a limited time or while supplies last

Since the invoice date (?), how many days have passed?

I didn't see where these terms were listed on the website.  Thanks for the information.  I placed the order on 3/21/2014 and it shipped out on 3/25.

The only reason I was a little frustrated was based on how hard it is to get an answer from support, and the fact that they said it would be emailed to me within 24 hours.

They did respond to my follow up email today stating I would have to contact AMD support to receive the code, which is not correct.  I contacted AMD and they advised that the codes can only come from the vendor purchased from.

Thanks again for the information.

Dear Chris,

I have similar question too, One of my customer ordered the ALIENWARE X51, Dell Order #

<ADMIN NOTE: Order number removed per privacy policy> , He says that  he called AMD support and spoke with Jason, and he advised that they do not ever issue codes to customers, that the code has to come from Dell. So when we contacted the Dell Software Download Team we got an answer from is lease note that we will be able to assist with the queries for all products that were fulfilled though LTG. This Order has not been fulfilled through us, hence request the customer to contact the Reseller through whom the product was purchased.. So Now, I really dont knwo whom to contact, Can you help,

Dell Order #<ADMIN NOTE: Order number removed per privacy policy>

Invoice Date : 03-25-2014

Pranjeet,

You totally confused me. Did the customer buy directly from the Dell website?
