Area 51 Command Center not working after shutdown

Hey Guys,

I just received my alienware area-51 computer yesterday. Everytime I shut it down and turn it back on the alienfx lighting doesnt work properly and the automatic thermal management doesnt work (fan runs on high). This all happens until I restart my computer and everything is back to normal. Is there a fix for this issue? Withouth a fix I won't be able to shutdown my computer because every time I shutdown I'll have to restart the system after I turn it on. Thanks for the help
