Aurora ALX Internal Lights
I am having a problem with my internal lights as well as the back panel lights on my Aurora ALX it was just delivered today and for some reason the lighst only work when the pc is turned on and I read that they are suppose to work even when the pc is off but when I remove the side panel the lights do not come on same thing happens when I press the button on the back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Post a picture of the LEDs you think should be on when the PC is off.

It's the lights that are suppose to come on when you take the side panel off to help you see inside the pc and the lights that are suppose to work when you press the button on the back of the pc to help you see your inputs. The manual says that these lights are suppose to work even when the pc is off.

Have you checked the batteries?
I don't have the ALX, but I can see where they go. Look in manual or remove black plastic optical-drive-bay side cover.

TORTURED,
Good find! The batteries in wrong is not acceptable. It is possible that the cable loosened during shipping. Power down, open the case cover and check all of the other cables, plugs, etc. For my notes, please send me your service tag number via a private message.
