Aurora R3 Can't read Bios
Hello, I have recently went to go into the bios just to see the settings and it is 100% unreadable. It almost looks like when a monitor cord is not plugged in proper or all the way. Its just a bunch of garble and completely useless. I have A06 and tried to reinstall it and no it didn't fix it. Please help. I have screenshots here

You can try to remove the CMOS battery and perform a power drain and test the system again.
Did you download the BIOS form the Dell support website?

Yes only the BIOS otherwise the computer works fine.

Yes I can try that. I am assuming that I am to unplug the computer and turn off power supply, then take the battery out of the motherboard? How long do i leave it out to do a power drain. Also do i have to discharge and capacitors or no? I have never done it but im sure i can. One last thing can I loose any data or important stuff? Thanks Jai

Just remove it for a minute or so and put back in. there is no need to discharge the capacitors.
And no you will not lose information by doing that.

Thank you so much. I did a cmos power drain and After rebooting voila, it was back to normal. Thank you for your time, help and prompt replies. I recommend dell to all because of the customer service and friendly staff willing to help.

So I thought thtat fixed the problem however it only allowed me to see the Bios screen durring initial settup after draining the cmos. I tried to replicate it to no avail so im guessing its something more. PLEASE HELP!!!
