Aurora R3 OS upgrade question

I just received my Aurora R3 and everything seems to work fine.  I ordered a WD black HDD and plan on replacing the WD blue and installing a fresh copy of Win7 Ultimate.  Is there anything on the resource cd I need after I install the new OS?  I've read all the problems with CC software and would like a definitve answer.  Should I do the following steps in order right after the fresh OS install?

1.  Reinstall CC software from resource cd

2.  Update bios to the latest from Dell update

3.  Update the CC software to the latest
