Aurora R4: reinstall
Hi,
My computer was infected by a virus and cleaned (with McAfee). Since then, a lot of stuff doesnt work anymore, like the commande center.
I tried to to a restore from a restore point, none of them worked.
So I am planning to just format and reinstall everything.
I'm thinking about buying a new hardrive and installing everything on the new hardrive, then plug the other one to get all my file.
Is there a special way to reinstall? I have my AW Windows disk, but the serial is not written on it.
Anything I should know before starting?

I reinstalled CommandCenter, and I have this error message regarding the thermal control (error I had before formatting as well): any clues?

ok I saw in another topic a method to turn off the computer to remove all power.
I tried it and it worked!
