Aurora-R4 Shutdown Blue Screen
Hi guys,
I am afraid I have a problem with my Aurora R4 every now and then at least once a week, My computer shuts down and I get the blue screen of death. I have the HW monitor and everything seems fine. The temperature seemed fine on all the system fans. As well as the pump. I have noticed that when I do log back on the graphics cards fans are automatically in high-speed, but again, the temperatures are fine. Here is a copy of the blue screen log which might help.

And just to let you know I have a 2 TB hard drive external USB3. I don't think that's a problem.

Hello Raysz!
Take a look to this video it will show you how to collect relevant information about the blue screens, that way we will be able to determine was is exactly the problem and provide you a solution.

Hi Milena M,
the video was very helpful . There were fields I did not know I could turn on thanks for that..
The blue screen program. I already have . I've tried to do extensive research on exactly what these files represent and was unsuccessful.
I could send a copy of it to you if you like.
The driver that shows up all the time is iastora.sys there are two other ones as well
the only thing that is extra on this computer is a 2 terabyte external hard drive which I have already unplugged , just in case it was that.

Those files point to HDD (and/or Intel-RST), Windows Storage Port, and I think USB-3.
Try removing 2tb-USB3 drive from system or at least, Ejecting (and turning off or un-plugging) it when not in use.

Oh okay I thought it might be the rapid storage device.
Will I did disconnected my 2td from the system. It was plugged into USB 3
a while back I had to download the software from the Dell website.
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I hate to take my 2td back and tell him it doesn't work.

Yes the 0x1e, iastora.sys is related to the Intel rapid storage driver. So I will recommend you to uninstall the driver and reinstall it again.

Oh okay Milena m,
I can do that but which one.
There are three different ones. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit version
In Storage
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver 3.5.0.1101 3/1/2013
Or
In Serial ATA

Or

it happened again . When I came home , I took your advice , and the blue screen was displayed so I can see what's going on
, it's the same address in the same driver.
, it was pointing towards looking into the hard drive or the video card drivers so . You are correct But I don't know which one to install.

Hi again Milena M
So I have a question I figured out which rapids storage device I need to restore. I am assuming its version 3.5.0.1101 I am running the old hard drive type, not solid state.
So since my hard drive and my CD is attached to this controller I cannot boot up from a CD. And good old Windows won't let me make a system disk on a usb flash drive.
So how do I do this?
