Just unboxed my new aurora R4 today. After installed OS, it just freezing in a screen that said internal hard disk drive not found.

Hi!
All systems have the OS and basic software and drivers installed from factory, did you re-install the OS or was already installed?
Also, please run an ePSA diagnostic and let the know if the it comes up with any errors.

Check all the connection to make sure no wire is loose Inside.
When I received my PC, I had to replug the hard drive..
