I purchased this computer in August of last year for work and gaming and I keep having this same issue where my HDD is running at 100% and the computer is incredibly slow. This computer has had this issue on and off since I got it. At one point it stopped booting up at all and I had to send it out for repair. All they ended up doing was reinstalling Windows. So I get the computer back and this issue starts again. This time I swap out the HDD for a SSD and reinstall Windows 10. Now here I am again with my computer running the HDD at 100%. I spoke to customer support and they're telling me I have to reinstall windows yet again. How can this be? This is the second hard drive now and I have to reinstall Windows again? This is really frustrating and I'm hoping there's another solution before I have to wipe this computer again.
