Aurora’s Missing Panel?

I got my Aurora number of weeks ago but only now I decided to play with its external lights, my kids asked me about it. When I open AlienFX editor I noticed that area 2 (right at the bottom in front of the unit) seems to have nice cover but my unit seems to be missing it. Am I mistaken or there supposed to be cover, on my unit I can see “though it” inside where I can see what it looks like holed vents. If there supposed to be a cover what it is correct name for it/part number before I talk to support?
