Blue Screens - Alienware Aurora

I started having blue screens with the following information soon after doing a factory reset on my c-drive.  It doesn't seem to be associated with anything other than possibly video or possibly gaming.

OS Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

Locale ID 1033

BC Code 124

BCP1: 0000000000000000

BCP2: FFFFFA800D420028

BCP3: 00000000FA000000

BCP4: 0000000000400405

OS Version: 6_1_7601

SP: 1.0

Prod: 768_1

I have done the factory reset twice.  It usually starts to appear after I have done an extensive windows updates and loaded my usual programs including games.  I presently have an upgrade from 6GB RAM to 12GB RAM (Corsair) but that was done last summer and was working fine.  I presently have A11 BIOS set at defaults (no overclocking).  Any help or do I need to go into the local service shop (out of warranty).

Any help is greatly appreciated.
