Bluetooth not working

Hello please help

 

since i did a factory restore my bluetooth wont switch on, i've been in the bios and its enabled its also not available from the fn3 menu the adaptor is a Intel n1000 all the drivers are up to date there is also nothing in the bar at the bottom right to see it. I have been in the notifaction area and i can see that it says windows host process and then the bluetooth logo and writing however it does say (rundll32) next to it. I've look and done a serch but cannot  find this file. can anybody help???

Still not joy under nextwork adaptors it say inter centino R wirless n1000 its nkt showing up any errors at all im taking it that the bluetooth is added onto the network card above?

Hello haydengoy,

Make sure the OSD driver is installed on your system, if it's missing, that may be the reason why you cannot switch the bluetooth through the Fn+F3, after this check into the device manager to see it the bluetooth device is present.

I've added you however I dont see any pm message box. I can the start converstion is that what I should be using I tried that and the message didnt look like it was sent
