BSOD during WOW

I've been having issues recently where, a few minutes into gameplay on World of Warcraft, the computer crashes down to blue screen. x116 and x117 are the 2 error codes that are highlighted on bug check; video card. I've checked that all drivers are up to date, and using AlienAutopsy have checked that the system is fully sevicable. Temperature doesn't seem to be a problem; it'll happen from stone cold.

What I find odd is that I can't test my primary graphics card using AA (I can test the integrated graphics). Is this normal? It seems odd that I can't carry out a functionality check on the main GPU on a gaming computer. Any thoughts out there?
