Built in mic not working on Alienware 15
Hi all,
So the problem is that my built in mic doesn't capture anything, is just annoying. I can capture sound using an external mic, like a headset, but built in one just does not work. I've tried to update Sound Blaster recon3Di driver and also update BIOS but doesn´t work. Windows says that the device is working correctly but obviously is not, is really annoying since I really need the mic. I´m running win10 but my mic didn't work on win8.1 neither. Thank you in advance!

That should be a hardware problem if you are still under warranty send me a PM with you service tag and a brief description of the problem so I can help you further, otherwise contact the technical support site in your country so they can assist you.
