Cant Use keyboard macro Keys

Hi Im having problems useing my macro keys on the keyboard. I dont think i have the keyboard ci installed, i have the mouse ci but not the keyboard, and when i try to install it off the cd it give me this error:    

Title: Alienware TactX Control Interface Installer.

2b-AWCC-x64 failed to install. Please restart your computor and try again.

and I have tried that it dosent work lol same message

Any help would be great thanks.
