command center and alien resspawn not installing
hello,
After I got my hard disk replaced last week due to some hardware damage. I tried download and re install alienware command center and alien resspawn. I am not able do that, and I checked for solutions in the forum i saw a post explaining how to reinstall command center by changing some registry settings, but when i looked in my system i couldn't found any folders in C named 'Alienware'. Then I tried to install alienresspawn, but i am getting an error message saying 'AlienResspawn cannot be installed because your hard drive does not have windows recovery environment'..... any solutions..?? Because I cannot install command center I am not able change my light setting and all....!!!!

Hi!
That error you're getting indicates that there's a problem with the 100MB System Reserve partition. To fix it, you'll need to re-install the OS as explained on this video.
When you reach a screen that says Where do you want to install Windows?, make sure you get the message that says "To ensure that all Windows features work correctly, Windows might create additional partitions for system files". If you don't receive that message, you'll have to manually create the main partition.
Once the Windows installation is completed, install the drivers in the same order specified in this article.
Let me know how it goes!
