Dell Digital Delivery Application failed to update

Hello,

Im installing 03 jan updates for 15r3 from dell site and failed to update ,because services failed to start.
I also ran installer as administrator and got the same error. Dell Digital Delivery Application failed to start service.Verify that you have sufficient privilegies to start system service.

So how do i get privileges to start system services ?

Yeah I'm having it too. Not sure whats causing it.

Dell pushed another update/fix ,but same problem.
