I'm trying to install the Dell Dock on my M14x. Every time I have tried it, it tells me that it only installs on Dell products. I was sure I bought this from Dell.
The Alienware line of computers are not validated with the Dell Dock application. Go here (http://dell.to/RlZZTK), under "Compatibility" it does not list Alienware.
Other Alienware owners have used RocketDock and ObjectDock. RocketDock http://rocketdock.com/
