Does anyone encounter low fps while gaming?
I received my R3 few days ago. I've been doing some test and run some games with it. For Bttlefield 1(Ultra)(1920x1080) I get avg fps around 30 to 40, and sometimes it'll suddenly drop below 10. For tom clany's divison(ultra)(1920x1080), I get avg 30 to 40 fps, also with suddenly drop below 10. Csgo is around 120 to 150 just not the data I was looking at all the review...
I've tried everything I can...
BIOS CPU,FAN high performance mode enable.
Different Drivers 375.95 (laptop) 379.19(laptop)
Disable Showpay and Xbox record.
Fn+F7
Battery setting to high performance mode
Alienware Fusion to high performance mode
BIOS update
Spec
i7 6700
gtx 1060 6gb
8gb ram

Is there not any options in your bios for it.? There is plenty of forums talk about cpu. If your bios isn't
sufficient , then most will tell u Extreme tuning program from INTEL is necessary. MayB is compatible for your system Google forums about OC for your processor.

You will probably have to UNDERCLOCK it or get better cooling. Your cpu is most likely throttling. Check using a program called "intel XTU". You can set it up to show if a few different forms of throttling are happening. Or you can just use any hw monitoring program that shows your cpu clock rates. Your gpu may be throttling as well.
If it is throttling possible solutions include: lock your fans on high, get a laptop cooler, underclock the heck out of your cpu, document it and demand that dell gives you a refund and never buy another dell again, or find out what games dont push your computer to its limits and play those.
Let me know if it was throttling. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for your advice! They are sending a technician to my house to replace something. I think is because of the overheat. If after that it still can't give me good fps I am going to return this computer!!
