Error stop 0x0000024 after installing ripjaws

Hello,

I know it sounds obvious (faulty memory stick), but here is my scenario:

Installed two 8gig gskill ripjaws memory sticks (ddr3 1600, latency: 9-9-9-2N, voltage: 1.5v, XMP ready).

The bios recognizes the memory as it is supposed to, then, windows starts loading and when it reaches the password page it goes to BSOD with the

stop 0x0000024. 

So, even though the bios posts and recognizes the memory, windows doesn't start. As far as i knew, it the stick is faulty the bios wont post.

So i was wondering if there is any tweaks i need to do (voltage, speed, etc) on the bios to make it work.

I'm using dims 1 and 3.

And i tried removing and switching the sticks to no avail.

I really hope i didn.t get two faulty sticks.

SPECS:

Alienware Aurora ALX (2010)

Intel i7

gforce 690 gtx

windows 7 64 bits pro.

Bios A11.
